Whirlpool Washer Center Tub Seal

We went to a call at Superstition Views in San Tan Valley for a Whirlpool Top loading washer. The concern was for a water leak, when I arrived I found that the unit did have a pretty good leaking while filling. This can happen for many different sources like the washer water pump, washer water valve, or any of the numerous internal water lines. The only way to truly tell is to teardown the washer and inspect for where it is leaking. As you can see sometimes a washer can take a little while to get into. Once we had it torn down the leak was obvious, it was coming from the center tub seal. This doesn’t happen very often but when it does it can cause quite a bit of damage if left unattended.
